REFUND POLICY

Return policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We recommend you inspect  your order as soon as you receive it.

We are confident in the quality of our product.  Our goal is that the gemstone you see on our website is what is delivered to your home.  If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return to us completely UNALTERED (no cutting, no damage, no grinding, no removing matrix, smoothing the surface or soaking in water) a parcel or single stone within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.  Some exceptions may apply. 

For all returns we must be notified by email within the 7 day window.  We will refund less the shipping costs in the same method that you paid after we have received the gemstone and verified they are in the same condition as when shipped. This applies to both returns and exchanges.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase you need to include a copy with your returned item.

To start a return, you can contact us at elegantopal2021@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING a return and getting a verification from us will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow our above procedures and then return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Please follow the above procedure to contact us prior to sending back your purchase.  Once approved we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to make sure it is in the same condition as when shipped to you .  We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
